TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Aquatonics Ltd is an ethical environmental consultancy. We will always attempt to reconcile environmental protection with the Client's requirements. If we cannot achieve this we will inform the client and if we still cannot achieve an ethical approach to environmental protection we will withdraw from the contract, giving appropriate notice.
   
2. Aquatonics Ltd will never knowingly break Local, National or International Laws or Conventions governing environmental protection.
   
3. Aquatonics Ltd will endeavour to advise Clients of any environmental constraints that are relevant to a particular contract, including Local, National & International Laws & Conventions, and Sensitive Habitats or other Sensitive Receptors that may be affected by the project.
   
4. All contracts are carried out on a "best endeavours" basis under the restrictions of budget and deadlines agreed with the Client.
   
5. Invoices are sent monthly in arrears and should be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.
   
6. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue payments.
